The moon was hidden by the dark clouds, the shining treasure missing as the darkness surrounded itself everywhere.

Amara was sleeping, soft breaths leaving her. Even though sleeping, her face wasn't showing a sign of peace. Discomfort and pain were visible on her face even though she was sleeping.

"No, p-please! Don't go near her!" Chloe shouted at the top of her voice, her voice was breaking with fear but she still stood strong.

Everly gulped looking at the men in front of her. Standing in front of them was none other than Killian Suvillian along with a few cops. The power radiating from Killian made her shudder in fear, making her take a step back in terror.

He stood tall, his blank eyes staring at the sleeping figure of Amara emotionlessly. Just watching him filled her with uncontrollable fear. She was scared to imagine what Amara went through because of him.
